Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received on weekdays before 2:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Most Orders received before 10:30 am on Saturday will be processed the same day.
Orders are not shipped on Sunday or Holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability

Returns and Refunds

We will issue a immediate refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid for products purchased which are out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date you received the product.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date you received the product.
We must be notified of intent to return a product by email at within seven (7) days of the customers receipt of the product.
You will be issued a return authorization number. You must state this authorization number on a separate piece of paper with any returns. Please also provide information as to what was wrong with the product.
Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original packing material (i.e. jewelry boxes, tags and packing materials).
The customer must pay the return shipping on all returned items.
Items returned to us that do not abide by our Returns and Refunds policy may be subject to a partial or non-refund.
All returned items must be received at our warehouse within thirty days of the date you received the product.
Please note: To prevent transmission of disease and to address the health concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns on body jewelry.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available.
Usually, orders are shipped within one business day, or by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or the item does not pass quality assurance checks which will delay fulfilling your order.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Normally, we will refund you for any items that are not shipped.
Items that are not available will not affect any discounts that were applied based on quantity or the amount that you ordered.
